Recent fit, form, and function testing of 3PESI’s micro-hydro device in the City of Leavenworth, Washington waste water treatment facility was conducted on Monday, February 21st. Initial tests and data collected indicate that the project will be a viable source for recapturing energy from low flow effluent water. This project is receiving assistance from the Washington State Technology Assistance Program to provide third party analysis of data.
Based on initial findings, the City of Leavenworth can expect to enjoy 1-3 kilowatts of electricity made from their waste-water.
